Auditor and Trainer for Costa Express, based in the South, UK

Field based Trainer within the South West. Follow up support & coaching when required in the Customers environment. Customers ranging from QSR, Hotels, Offices, Restaurants, convenience stores, petrol stations.

Game changing projects for the business.Including the launch of Seattle's Best Coffee in the UK within 8 months. First a test in 28 stores in and around the Manchester area, adding in 4 stores in London, and finally throughout the whole of the UK & Ireland. Working with Starbucks & Franke Coffee Systems. Launching Breakfast & Sweet Treats alongside the Coffee project, first in 2 stores in Manchester, followed by the 4 London Coffee Stores and 1 further in Manchester. The range consisted of 4 Breakfast Sandwiches, a selection of pastries, & sweet items. Working with a Lunch specific project team to look at and innovate the lunch time offering. Including the launch of Burritos in the Scotland Market.

Co-ordinating events for a range of clients, ranging from small private dinners & lunches, to large corporate award evenings, & special events for the members at the clubs, such as the Summer Ball, an event for approx 500 in a marquee on the Lawn.
