Most recent project for Burbangana (2022) involved writing community housing policies for an indigenous NSW based organisation in preparation for registration as a community housing provider. In 2018, I undertook consultancy work as a community housing expert on an assessment panel for the procurement area of Department of Communities and Justice.In 2016/17 I was a Project Officer for a non government organisation - Blue Sky Community Services, undertaking implementation planning for a major growth project for the organisation. In 2016 I also worked for Q Shelter supporting a project to register indigenous housing providers in Queensland. I was Regional Manager FACS from June 2007 to February 2015. Operational role managing a team across 4 remote offices covering all areas of non metropolitan NSW, relationship management with community housing sector, strategic planning, project development and delivery, partnerships, capacity building for communities and sector, change management, portfolio reconfiguration, issues management and collaborative approach to community engagement. Team Leader Regional FACS, 1997 - 2007, regional focus in Northern NSW, strategic and operational project and program management for community housing sector.
