My position with Anglicare’s SRF Program has highlighted my ability to work with diversity and to tailor care and support to the individual’s needs. I have successfully worked with clients who have complex needs and have managed conflict and highly emotive situations. Working with clients has enabled me to assist them in reaching their own goals through case management, group facilitation and one on one support. I am strongly committed to social justice and working with marginalised peoples who are often rendered invisible due to complexity and limited funding.
