As a registered general and paediatric nurse, I have built a rewarding career in multidisciplinary simulation-based education. I have also created multiple template documents to assist with scenario creation and development, streamlining the process and ensuring consistency across the hospital group.Through these efforts, I am committed to enhancing the quality of education and training, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes.
