Having taken a career break to home-educate my son in Swansea while I took on varied voluntary roles to maintain my existing soft and project management skill sets, I look forward to taking up paid employment again. Historically my key strengths have centred around planning and problem solving. Earlier this year I took a 16-week full-stack development coding boot camp to update my technical skill set to add value to the current employment market. I'm learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python, Django, and the Agile methodology. Of everything we have done on the course to date, I have enjoyed participating in the Hackathon most. I fully intend to continue participating in Hackathons as and when time allows, once my course ends just for the experience, as I seem to have caught the bug.
