As part of my role as the Lending Solutions Manager, I am responsible for building and developing long term relationships with new and existing suppliers and clients alike. I liaise with a vast array of accredited financiers in order to source the most competitive products and terms and conditions available, assessing, submitting and settling business finance loans in a competent, problem-free and timely manner, thereby providing exemplary customer service. With over seven years experience in the banking and finance industry I possess extensive knowledge of equipment finance and am well qualified having completed my Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management. I understand the importance of working in partnership with each supplier and client to increase business performance by intelligently structuring debt to maximise profitability.

My responsibilities in my role are as follows:- Meeting sales targets for different areas.- Specialising in; personal banking accounts, investment accounts (term deposits, high interest accounts, etc), personal lending (personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts etc), general insurance, home lending, business accounts (sp, p, companies, trusts, smsf etc) - Customer service is a big part of my role and enables me to meet my targets. - Cash handling and teller transactions.- Compliance.- Seeking opportunities.- Day to day branch operations.
