With a degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition, it all started for Steph in Byron Bay where she founded Human Movement & Nutrition Company; Steppingstone Health & Fitness, highlights incl; training PINK during her Australian tour and working for Olivia Newton-John at her award winning Gaia Retreat & Spa. After successfully selling that company in 2013, Steph went on to create and direct The Wellness People, designing bespoke Health, Lifestyle & Wellness Programs for the conferencing and corporate events space based on her 15+ years experience in the wellness industry. During her career, Steph has built impactful relationships and lasting alliances with many of Australia’s blue-chip organisations, top health retreats, spas & resorts. Responsible for hand in developing the health and wellness department at Gaia Retreat & Spa, Steph also had significant contribution to the wellbeing business of The Byron at Byron Resort & Spa and other high-end venues across the region. With extensive experience in delivering Health, Lifestyle & Wellness programs to the Energy & Resources Sector and FIFO workforce across Australia, Steph was responsible for managing multiple national portfolios including; Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, Woodside, Origin Energy, Oz Minerals & Metals X. Steph’s commitment and delivery in this space saw her programs nominated for AMMA (Australian Mining & Minerals Association) Health Program category award of the year 2017 along with being nominated for AMMAs future women in leadership award for Energy & Resources. Steph is extremely passionate about the evolution of individual wellness in order to ignite human performance and have people create thriving lifestyle environments that are leading the way in human potential, behaviours, cultures and universal wellness across the board.
