This involved dealing with members of the public personally and on the telephone together with all reception duties such as filing, making appointments and collecting patient payments. I also had a broad insight into running a successful business.

Working within this national events company, my role was the promotion of the retail outlets in the new St David's 2 Centre in Cardiff to the general public. This involved team work which required constant punctuality throughout a 12 hour working day.
