    Responsible for the learning and development, resourcing and engagement approach across Tes working with the Executive team and HR colleagues to further build Tes as an Employer of choice.Leading a team of four, my key achievements in this role to date have been:Leadership and management development:- working in collaboration with a third party to launch the Tes Management Excellence programme in the shape of a modular programme running over nine months with Executive sponsorship- bespoke interventions at quarterly leadership meetings, running a one day Inspire day focused on the play of Henry IV (!) or one to one coaching depending on requirements.Learning and development - all employees- implanted clear communications of L&D activities through L&D Menu including sales skills, coaching skills etc, supporting launch of company wide Learning Needs Analysis.- simplified performance management approach to encourage the right conversations and feedback.- Improved employee induction process including building clear and simple online induction modules to launching a monthly virtual hosted induction session with the Executive team and new starters.Talent management:– introduction of 'talking talent' sessions with the Executive and HR team to identify key talent, critical talent and development plans and succession planning.Change management:- responsible for the communications, training, engagement approach and outplacement programme of moving circa 80 roles from London to Sheffield. Engagement:- responsible shared approach at organisational level of the weekly employee pulse survey and actions. Working with the Executive team to shape the right 'you said, we did' approach back to the business. Resourcing strategy:– launched a new ATS into Tes, with a new careers video, job description, training for managers and more robust process for hiring resulting in a running average of 15% agency use
