This internship allowed me to gain insights into the marketing, digital, communication and PR functions of a large organisation. I created campaigns and assisted with their Summer promotional campaign, scheduled social media posts and used google analytics to monitor both social media and their website. I also created a series of blogs for the organisation which involved interviewing users of the Sport Aberdeen service, staff members and winners of a variety of sporting events and then writing and publishing appropriate blogs. This developed my corporate writing style. In addition, I created and distributed the monthly digital report to key members of the Management Team. This gave them a quick summary of how the organisation was performing and saved them time.
