As a Certified Coach for Miller Heiman structured sales, I have led the implementation of strategic and conceptual sales methodologies among the sales staff, and applied these processes to prospecting and investment opportunity servicing for domestic and international clients. I have successfully led the implementation and adoption of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the TIM Unit and provided expertise and guidance to two other provincial teams on their CRM development. Developing subject matter expertise in areas such as performance measurement, social media, structured sales, CRM and SharePoint has presented opportunities to provide demonstrations, reports and proof of concept presentations to inter-ministerial staff and management as well as external partners and stakeholders.
