I recently undertook a maternity leave appointment as the Integrated Water Practice Area Leader. This saw me working with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies, improve systems, improve delivery and consistency of technical skills, manage internal governance and foster industry engagement. Key outcomes of this role include:- Achieved 85% closure in system improvement requests (SIRs)- Chaired a committee to redevelop operations manuals and process maps to increase efficiency- Redeveloped and published updated tools and resources - Completed internal senior leadership training

I was tasked with chairing the Quality and Governance Committee and working closely with the Practice Area Leader to improve processes and efficiencies within the Integrated Water team. This work often involved managing and actioning System Improvement Requests (SIRs), audits and resource development.

My project work was predominantly located across Eastern Australia, with a focus on regional Victoria.
