Led and directed 80+ personnel in a multi-discipline, cross-functional team in eight different geographic locations; responsible for complex problem solving, crisis management, human resource management, risk management, strategic communications and maintaining community relationships through local engagement. Lead and manage a diverse team responsible for developing, revising, and recommending changes to plans and policies in support of Combatant Commands and other US governmental agencies; provide trans-regional planning, coordination and deconfliction from concept development to execution and beyond; develop, refine and implement training curriculum and provide education and training to planning teams preparing for future deployments and contingencies; develop and lead After Action Reviews for training and for deployed teams; attend working groups, planning conferences and complete training/schools as required.
