1. On a global basis : assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and objectives, help execute growth plans and advise the Executive Team on global implementation matters;2. On an operational basis : develop customized Key Performance Indicators by department (dashboard), set objectives, control results and eventually start corrective actions. Fields concerned : finance, human resources, IT, production, purchasings, legal, logistics.

1. Operate tight financial and internal control and make sure that management information systems are developed and in place to assist in business decision making ;2. Contribute fully to the activities of the group as a member of the International Management Team by executing the global and Business Unit strategies considering local market realities and by developing local budgets and action plans for the profitable operation of NMC in the Iberian markets;3. Analyse current distribution channels and potential growth through price increase / new customers / competitive gains / old products substitution. Analyse new distribution channels attractiveness and define CVP for existing and new products. Assess growth on a geographical point of view;
