I am a hardworking, dedicated and professional person. My background includes serving customers/clients for a full consultation of high-end retail products. I am currently working as a floor sales representative at Italtile, where my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors and client consultations. I work closely with various interior designers. I service the clients from initial contact all the way through to payment, deliveries and after sales. Previously, I managed a surveying company where I oversaw 5 junior surveyors and their assistants. All admin entities including invoicing and rendering of tender documents. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, late deliveries and equipment malfunctions). I consistently meet my monthly budgets that vary between R800 000 and R1 000 000 per month.In addition to this experience, I gained considerable client service skills during my time as a business manager for Bothakga surveys. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications as well as AutoCad, Model Maker.
