Stephan Baroni has held leadership positions at New York’s most prestigious catering and restaurant event firms for the past 25 years. He recently served as Managing Director of Hudson Yards Catering (HYC), the four-year old catering company from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. At HYC, Stephan was responsible for launching the new business, assembling the opening team, establishing procedures and protocols, managing events, and building the client base.Prior to joining the HYC team, Stephan served as Senior Vice-President and Consultant at Great Performances. He spent the previous six years as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Tentation, Potel & Chabot. In 1993, Restaurant Associates recruited Stephan to be Senior Vice President and head up the reorganization of their nationwide catering division.
