December of 2013 I was given the opportunity to develop Fusion's Dallas market. Responsibilities included recruiting, developing, and managing the sales and service production of each team member. Over 3 short years, we were able develop over 14 sales, account management, and service representatives. Top performing sales executives with a great support network working side by side lead to 45% YOY sales growth. Growing the annual sales revenue from 3.8 million to 14 million in 2016. In February 2017, Fusion Logistics franchisee was acquired by the franchisor Worldwide Express for over $100 million.
