Fusion Logistics was the largest franchisee inside the national logistics brokerage firm Worldwide Express. Based in Dallas, Worldwide Express experienced tremendous national growth since 2001. Today, Worldwide Express is over 4 billion in annual sales revenues. December of 2013 I was given the opportunity to develop Fusion's Dallas market. Responsibilities included recruiting, developing, and managing the sales and service production of each team member. Over 3 short years, we were able develop over 14 sales, account management, and service representatives. Top performing sales executives with a great support network working side by side lead to 45% YOY sales growth. Growing the annual sales revenue from 3.8 million to 14 million in 2016. In February 2017, Fusion Logistics franchisee was acquired by the franchisor Worldwide Express for over $100 million. Upon the close of acquisition, I transferred my responsibilities and team to a capable and high performing Director for WWEX. It was time for my entrepreneurial journey to start.

In 2010, I relocated to Madison, WI in an independent equity position with Fusion Logistics. Over three years, I grew the franchisee annual sales revenue from $500k to 4 million. At the close of 2013, Fusion presented the opportunity to relocate to Dallas, TX to recruit, develop, and manage a large sales team.

Transitioned from sales management to the strategic AE position. Top producing AE for Fusion and placed 3rd in the Worldwide Express NSC in 2009. At the same time I managed the daily production for the Minneapolis sales team that I had recruited and developed. We were ranked #1 as an office in the Fusion and Worldwide Express NSC in 2009. Grew franchisee annual sales revenues by 4.5 million in one year. Over 8 years, my efforts grew the franchisee from 1 million to 12 million in annual sales revenue.

Grew franchisee revenues from 1 million in 2002 to 7.5 million in 2008 selling $285.00 weekly service subscriptions.This was my first sales management position filled with rich experiences and lessons on failure and success along the way. What I am most proud of on this journey in my early 20's was being able to be a leader through action. Leading by example each day in attitude, energy, and belief that our team would find a way to meet their goals each day. Creating a culture of winning that brought all sales, support, and franchisee owners along for a hell of ride. This experience prepared me to take the next journey into becoming a franchisee.
