In our final year project at the University of Pretoria, we had to propose, plan, design, implement, monitor and deliver a fully integrated software/program to a real life client who are industry partners with the University of Pretoria. Currently we are in good running position for the top group/project for the year 2021 in Informatics 370 (module). This can be seen as my first year of experience in working with an agile team. We identified our client's business problems, eliciting the client's system needs and requirements, documenting the whole process, building database models and functional requirement approaches before we start developing the system. We developed an online tutor management system for our client by using the following technologies and programming languages: Angular, CSS, Type Script, HTML, MySQL Server (SQL) and C#.I was mainly responsible for user requirements elicitation, system documentation, system AS-IS analysis and possible solutions to business problems. I work closely to the coders and to the business teams in order to bridge the communication gap between these two expert fields for fluent and effective communication
