Install and service CVX-300 laser units at hospital sites in Europe, the Middle- East, Africa and some eastern European countries.Render regular maintenance and needed emergency service to CVX-300 laser units in the field; 60% of the time in Germany, 20% of the time outside Germany and 20% of the time on other service related duties like reporting, planning and others.Teach users, give hands-on training and attend congresses globally.Provide our customers with phone support whenever needed.Identify and categorize technical needs of customers and propose concrete solutions in order to meet those needs.
