I am Lawyer in Wetaskawin Alberta, focusing on criminal matters.I am a graduate from the Peter A. Allard Law School at UBC. At Allard Hall, I particularly focused on intellectual property and technology law, including an independant research project which examined the potential use of Canadian competition law against misuse of copyrights. Previous to my Juris Doctorate, I was a graduate student at the University of Alberta working in a Biochemsitry lab which focused on regulation of protein expression in hypertension and cardiac hypertrophy, where I used both standard biochemistry techniques as well as live animal models in my research. I had a particular focus on tissue histology as a diagnosistic method to assess disease states.I my spare time I have been a writer for the popular hockey website "Habs Eyes on the Prize." My writing particularly focused on the statistical analysis of hockey. Some of my most notable work was on statistical methods of projecting minor league performance by players into the NHL.
