- Various administrative tasks including: material requests for new equipments, purchase documents and transport documents.- Extensive contacts with domestic and foreign suppliers and manufacturers, price inquiry, request documentation, technical support, material specifications, drawings, lead times, failure reporting.- Coordinates the daily operation of the warehouse and work preparation.- Team leader of a multi skilled team of 15 members. Organizes bi-monthly team meetings, keeps the teamboard up to date, encouraging the team to find ideas for improvement regarding safety, quality, delivery, morale, environment and cost. Create action plans to achieve set goals.- Monitoring of components repairs. In-house or externally, by priority, equipment, craft, cost and lead time.- Preparation of requests for the use and storage of hazardous products. Follow-up of the approval process.- Working with various computer programs ( MS Office, Maximo, TEM, OSCAR, MATLOC, Catbuy, WOOLF, SAP, business objects, CORA,Shop Floor Requisitioning, Vanasoft,…)- Training and implementation of new workflows.- Preventing specific material problems and unexpected requests.- Monitoring the material flow within the maintenance department.- Providing assistance concerning non production materials.
