This Mediterranean Seafood and grill restaurant was situated in Paradyskloof on the R44. The 180-seater restaurant specialized in seafood and sushi. The broad menu ranging from seafood, grills, sushi, and pizza’s it was a great family restaurant.My duties as a FOH manager included the oversee of all operations: Training, customer service, admin, stock control etc.

The Dros franchise head office is in Pretoria and had 35 family restaurants trough out South Africa and neighboring countries. The restaurant combines a steak house and a wine cellar to bring the best of both worlds. All the restaurants have an average of 180 seats and a very diverse menu.My responsibilities as a franchise manager included from: training of owners, management, and staff in all aspects of operations, service, and customer relations. I had 13 restaurants locally, 2 in Namibië and 1 in Botswana. I had to evaluate all restaurants allocated to me to focus on improving operations, service and training.
