During outdoor sessions you will build on a strong and healthy basis for a physical, mental and emotional balance. Through physical exercise, relaxation and experiencing nature, you work on your emotional recovery. Thus, with new energy, inspiration and fun, you will shape your daily life.

Prevention and curation of burnout and stress related problems. I have been coaching for Bofit from 2009 to 2014 and during half a year in 2019.

The programming teams for exhibitions, events, workshops, talks and festivals of SLQ are in the process of developing a ONE Library program for the coming years. For a period of three months I am facilitating this through workshops, interviews and consultation, utilizing design principles from Appreciative Inquiry and participatory methods from (a.o) The Art of Hosting.
