Stephan Dickie graduated from GSU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. While attending GSU, he was the president of his fraternity and worked for the financial institute, Invesco. After working in a corporate setting, he took his skills internationally and moved to Guatemala in 2016, where he lived for four years. He became fluent in Spanish, achieving his DELE diploma, the only internationally recognized certificate for non-native Spanish Speakers. After completion, he became an advocate for improving the economic conditions in Guatemala. He partnered with international investors and found a language school, which has helped thousands of language learners worldwide. He returned to the United States in 2020 with his newly acquired skills and experiences. Upon his return, Stephan became an active investor in metro Atlanta and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. This is where he found his passion for commercial real estate. Stephan is committed to ensuring that his clients are well looked after and achieve the highest return on investment.
