Designing appliques, moldings, and weatherstrips onsite at GM's Tech Center.

Design Body Group at General Motors Truck Product Center, Pontiac, Michigan. Worked as a Unigraphics designer for the interior/exterior body design group creating dwgfmt, mldes, mlasm and pkg files. Create parametric solid models using editable, including sketcher and free-form feature. Work on Engineering Work Orders for interior and exterior body components. Convert CGS files to fully parametric UG files. Work as a mentor for new designers on General Motors data creation standards, file management procedures and best modeling practices.

Created detailed of spot welding, clamping and racking fixture, weld and clamping stations and End of Arm Tooling. Also created Bill of Material for the above fixtures.
