I have just finished my degree in Business Informatics.During my study I have learned to work with tools like BPMN, Python, SQL, SSMS, Visual Studio for Data Integrations, Excel and Power BI. I have also learned skills such as Project Management, AGILE, Change Management and Implementation Management. In my first internship I did research into a specific business process and gave advises on how specific inefficiencies could be improved upon using IT. These advises were later used when their old intranet system was replaced. In my second internship, without having prior experience with Salesforce, I did research into Salesforce and how the organization uses it, finding inefficiencies and writing out advises on how it could be improved upon. Then I chose one of these advises started working on its implementation, initially in Sandbox, while rapidly learning about the system. I successfully moved this into Production in the latter stage of the internship, with enough time to fix things remaining in case issues would arise.
