My responsibilities cover the P&L, strategy as well as the customer journey and value proposition of the segment Self-employed and Micro Companies in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

Responsible for P&L, the commercial activities as well as the value proposition of the segment Private Individuals of ING Belgium. This included strategy and digital transformation as well as flawless customer experience whether it is via digital channels, interaction by distance or via the branch network of ING in Belgium.
