Cnc programmer since 2001, milling turning and grinding. Conventional experience include boring mills, lathes, surface grinding, bore grinding, spark eroding etc. I have extensive materials experience that range from plastics to hard materials ie. Stellite, gassite, removing tungsten coatings etc. I also have experience in tougher metals like inconel and a range of stainless steels.Work experience range from small production parts (setting and programming up to 17 machines) to heavy engineering (turning shafts up to 8m and 2m dia and line boring gear boxes with 3m dia to 0.02 mm tolerances). I have worked in hydraulics, bottling industry, mining industry, shipping industry and mainly pumps and valves.
