I have the pleasure of leading an organization specializing in Tax Assessing and Government Consulting Services. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality services to all levels and sizes of government. These range from typical assessing activities, taxpayer interactions, documentation and reporting, valuation of residential and commercial property, needs analysis, defense of values and more!I previously served as the Director of the Municipal and Property Division of the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration for more than ten years, responsible for the supervision of the collection of property taxes, organization and reporting of municipal finances within the state, the setting of local tax rates, supervision of local property assessments in the state, the equalization of local assessed values, the administration of timber and gravel taxation, and the administration of a state utility property tax. I have worked directly for several levels of government for over twenty years, and in the valuation of all property types since 1984.I also served for twelve years as a member on the NH Assessing Standards Board, establishing standards and recommending legislation for improvements to the property tax system. I served for more than ten years on the NH Current Use Board and served as its chairman for four years.
