It was a very appealing opportunity to create this vehicle within this very competitive market.After a careful analysis of the situation and competition I worked with Management to create the brand, a communication strategy along with house plans of and Price/ Incentive Strategies. We used various market research tools to achieve market acceptance in the shortest possible time and implemented an Event and Online Strategy to introduce the brand to the market.I researched the land developments and committed to two Display Homes. I also maintained all client enquiries and sales.I also worked closely with various financial services and investment companies to generate “a second leg” for the company.
