In this dual role I work with SWIFT's regional governance groups, corporate clients and partners to understand market needs and work with internal stakeholders to deliver against them.

Since joining SWIFT in 2015 I have been working in the SWIFT for Corporates business based in London. In my role I work closely with corporate treasurers and the banking industry.I design and execute strategic projects to solve complex industry challenges. I work with partners to deliver against joint commercial objectives. I develop and execute marketing strategies and promote the work that SWIFT does for the industry. I organise global industry events and user conferences that bring professionals together to foster collaboration and learning. My mission in the SWIFT for Corporates business is to simplify the challenges of multi-banking for corporate treasurers. This is achieved in part by replacing multiple 1:1 channels of communication from a business to its financial counterparts with a single secure channel to the whole financial industry. The mission is also achieved by bringing corporates and banks together to design and co-create solutions that solve real industry challenges. An example of the strategic projects that I work on includes solving for the innefifiency of current KYC processes for account opening and ongoing due-diligence. Crafty Fox Market is a business I launched with my partner to support independent artists and makers with a platform to sell their work and meet their customers. In the early days, when we both worked full time and ran the business in the evenings, I brought my strategic planning knowledge and experience from my corporate job in to develop a successful launch strategy and leveraged my experience running music events to deliver aspects of the marketing strategy. Together we created a strong and loyal community which is still growing and developing today. I stepped out of the business in 2015 to find more balance and focus on our young family.

In this role I managed a loyalty product called Corporate Membership Rewards. The two key areas of focus were driving targeted billings expansion and managing expense. I was responsible for expanding corporate rewards into new countries; determining the competitive positioning and pricing strategy; managing expenses and increasing profitability across the globe; enhancing the customer experience by developing new digital capabilities and rewards options; setting up new loyalty fulfilment partnerships; modernizing all servicing aspects of the product and driving growth in the portfolio.

Mixitmuzik was a "side-hustle" events and promotions start up. It was set up with a partner to promote dance music and build community. The business managed over 200 events and through mixed media campaigns we connected people that shared a passion for music. I drove the marketing strategy, managed events, partners, logistics, relationships, budgets, travel and a number of high-profile artists. I also played on weekly FM radio shows and in clubs at home and internationally.
