I'm a self motivated go-getter that chases the right answer for the application. I'm able to work well with fellow colleagues and am able to inspire the work force to obtain maximum productivity from them. Being able to work independently is one of my fortes as a manager, even when I worked as a draughtsman. As soon as the one design was finished and correct, I pressed for the next job to design and draw. I continuously have to push for production, based on receiving dates from suppliers and dispatch dates to customers. I’m very analytical in problem solving and fault finding. I’m very technically inclined in all aspects of mechanical engineering and poses good knowledge of the other fields of engineering as well.. Attention to detail is very important to me, for a product might work well, but one also has to be proud of the final product to be able to put your name on it and to say “I made this”. I’ve developed good report writing skills in explaining technical issues to any person reading the report.
