Conception and development of a new key-operated electronic safe lock.

• Responsible for applying subcontract expertise in initiating, selecting, negotiating, implementing, management and termination of commercial agreements.• Work with the project team on scope of work clarifications; draft and distribute solicitation documents to potential subcontractors.• Complete solicitation evaluations using commercial and qualitative analysis to determine the most suitable subcontractors.• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with subcontractors ensuring the prime terms and conditions are carried through to all sub-assignments.• Create subcontracts and purchase orders as required and manage subcontract changes.• Deliver cost savings/avoidance through well developed and in-depth negotiation and market analysis.• Review Subcontractor invoices for compliance to contractual terms.• Ensure all files are deposited in the appropriate file index structure for ease in audit and reference.
