In my current position as Regional Sales Operations Manager at Tiger Consumer Brands I am accountable for sales execution in the Western & North-West Cape Regions. In this role I handle the full spectrum of Grains and Bakeries, which include maize, wheat, pulses, sorghum, oats, rice, pasta and bread.I lead the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives that maximize and capitalize on sales opportunities in my region. In close collaboration with the Marketing, Category management and Customer teams, I am required to achieve sales targets through delivery of customer, consumer, and shopper propositions at the point of purchase. I also co-ordinate the Field Sales activity in my region with dedication towards improving the capabilities of our field sales teams and creating a great place to work.
