Leading member of the banks New Product Approval working group as well as several other project specific working groups. · Associate (‘97-‘00): Trade capture for all new IRD deals and daily rate fixings.· AVP (’00-‘02): Production and review of daily flash P&L reports for IRD desk (Summit system).· VP (’02-‘06): Managed the expanded IRD P&L production team whilst simultaneously being a key project lead on implementing a new P&L and attribution system (Risk Engine). Delivered on providing the trading desk with same day EOD risk outputs and a more precise P&L reporting package on T+1. Included a set fully signed off daily valuations and risk values for onward consumption in IFRS and Market Risk departments.· Managed a group of approx. 40 onshore staff + 15 members of an offshore team.· VP (’06-’08): Introduced, then implemented “RiskEngine” to the Emerging Markets division. Managed the production team in London and then rolled out the system to other EM locations. Worked in Sao Paulo, Moscow and Istanbul offices to ensure a smooth transition of such.
