My professional career is characterized by experience in production under cleanroom conditions. This includes the development and production of medical devices and their sterile packaging. I have strong skills in customer acquisition and building long-term customer relationships as well as developing effective marketing strategies. My leadership and strategic planning skills were further honed in my role as Regional Sales Manager, where I led teams and successfully implemented key business objectives.My entrepreneurial talent was demonstrated in the establishment and management of a specialist cleanroom company, adding business management and product development to my profile. My technical understanding and practical skills and early technical sales positions have enabled me to be successful in various industries.As a passionate mountain biker and racing cyclist, I also find fulfillment in team sports. I regularly play in a volleyball team where the players cover a wide age range from 35 to 85. This diverse and dynamic group reflects my enthusiasm for team spirit and physical activity. In both cycling and volleyball, I appreciate the combination of personal challenge and collective effort that allows me to engage and develop both physically and socially.
