Associate Director
CurrentOversee TAN's daily sales operation in the Greater Philadelphia area. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding our client base through a team of highly motivated and successful career agents. Specific responsibilities include the recruiting and training of new agents, setting of sales targets for individuals and the team, developing sales strategies, allocating areas to career agents, servicing the needs of existing clients and potential clients through a needs based approach, monitoring and motivating of the team, compiling and analyzing sales figures, and keeping up to date with company products.
