As Purchasing Director, Supplier Technical Assistance within Ford Motor Company I’m leading a Teams accross Europe that is driving tactical issue resolution as well as strategic initiatives to continuously improve quality. I‘m managing corporate engagement with our external supplier partners for all future and current model quality aspects. My responsibility includes all commodities such as exterior, interior, chassis, electrical and powertrain component. I manage relationships with cross functional leaders and lead escalation process as needed to remove road blocks in order to deliver programs on time with quality and capacity. I am also responsible to drive Global alignment within my function for new business strategy development.In my previous role I led the growth and development of the automotive supply base in Russia.Throughout my career, I gained deep knowledge in various quality tools (QOS, APQP, FMEA, G8D, 6-Sigma, PPAP, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Control Planning, etc.) and in Project Management. I took an active role to develop and execute purchasing targets and cost reduction opportunities.
