Stephan Mueller is the chief asset manager of Mammoth Mall Management Inc where he oversees the acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, management, reporting and forecasting of a portfolio of real estate and business assets since 2010. During his 12 year tenure Stephan assisted owners to build a diversified portfolio which has included land, multi-family, shopping malls, high rise office, quick serve restaurants, and automoble lending businesses producing 30% returns over many years. Previous to and while serving as an asset manager, Stephan trained and held roles in three different commercial real estate firms including Marcus & Millichap, Highmark Advisors and Sperry Van Ness which provided a unique and broad understanding of the commercial real estate industry and it's key institutional investors. Stephan served as the VP and supervising broker of record helping to grow Anchor Funding Inc into one of San Diego's top producing home lenders with 50 agents and $300M annual production from 2000-2008, while at same time originating and closing $35M in personal production annually over an 8 year period. Prior to Anchor Funding, Stephan was a certified real estate appraiser conducting evaluations of 1-4 unit properties, land, luxury and historic homes, for FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, FHA, VA and most major lending institutions. Alongside these ventures, Stephan has enjoyed being an entrepreneur flipping properties, owning and operating resort restaurants & bars, being an addictions and health coach and most of all being an extraordinary father to his 4 year old son.
