His leadership generated $35 million in annual revenue and facilitated $2-$3 billion in annualrevenue.Prior to that role Stephan served as Director of Marketing & Business Development during the formation of Junius Real Estate Partners, where he developed marketing strategies, managed client and consultant interactions, and represented the firm at major industry conferences, including ULI, PREA, AFIRE, IREI, and ExpoReal.Before joining the Junius RE executive team, Stephan was Vice President and Executive Director at JP Morgan Global Real Assets, where he managed over 90 client relationships and generated $2.5 billion in new AUM across five products.Between 1998 and 2006, Stephan served as Vice President and Head of Development & Engineering Services at JP Morgan Global Real Assets, building and managing a team of engineers and construction professionals to oversee the due diligence process for over $9 billion in real estate assets and $5 billion in development projects throughout the USA, Europe, and India. His role also involved asset management, capital improvements, leasing, and investor relations.Earlier, as Director of Engineering Services at The O’Connor Group, he established the Engineering Services Department and led major projects, including a $100 million repositioning of a 1.4 million sq ft office building and mall expansions/renovations.Stephan currently holds the position of Managing Director, Capital Markets at Knapp Investors, a Knapp Capital Management Company.
