As a Floor Manager at Family Pet Centre, I manage the daily operations and customer experience of a leading pet store in Pretoria. I also handle the inventory management, merchandising, and sales performance of the store, implementing effective strategies to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.My passion for the pet industry stems from my own entrepreneurial journey as the former CEO of Wave Aqua, a prominent pet shop that I owned and operated for five years. During that time, I grew the business from a small start-up to a well-established brand, serving over 10,000 customers and generating over R2 million in annual revenue. I leveraged my business planning, marketing, and administrative skills to create a successful and sustainable venture, while also enhancing my practical knowledge and expertise in pet care and retail.
