Hevacomp 24 and AutoCAD software used intensively to produce designs. Attending networking events.

Duties Include:- Producing mechanical and electrical services designs for large commercial, domestic, leisure, educational and industrial buildings with sustainability at the forefront of all design concepts, design duties include all specifications, tendering, drawings, final accounts and contract management, working closely with the client to ensure their requirements are met. M&E employer's agent for the development of a £20 million university student accommodation. PPM monthly surveys of central government buildings throughout the South West, M& E surveys of local government owned buildings. Hevacomp 24 and AutoCAD software used intensively to produce designs. Attending networking events.

Duties Include:- Producing mechanical services designs for large commercial, retail and industrial buildings throughout the country, including all disciplines expected within a design and project management role, Hevacomp 14, Cymap design packages and AutoCAD software intensively used.

Compiling mechanical and electrical operating and maintenance manuals and AutoCAD drawings for clients throughout the South West. Attending networking events to assist the prosperity of the company. Duties Include:- Organization and management of projects up to the value of £570,000, carrying out all activities expected from a contractors manager ensuring time management was careful imposed to manage numerous contracts simultaneously. Carrying out all elements of contract estimating, project accounts and purchasing. Producing mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD

Duties Include:- Organization and management of projects up to the value of £175,000. Mechanical services design of all projects using Hevocomp V14 software. Producing all mechanical and electrical AutoCAD drawings. Carrying out all elements of project estimating, final accounts and purchasing. Compiling operating & maintenance manuals and carrying out site surveys.

Duties Include:- Organization and management of projects up to the value of £155,000.Producing mechanical services drawings using AutoCAD software, All Elements of project estimating, final accounts and purchasing. The control of all mechanical drawings received and issued through the department, Compiling operating & maintenance Manuals. Carrying out site surveys.
