PSV is a professional Dutch football club playing in the Champions League.Key tasks:- Accountable for demonstrating yearly savings to the Global Procurement Lead.- Responsible for ensuring programme compliance level of 50%.- Development of account globally to ensure sustainable growth of the account.- Accountable for the account budget and all customer reporting. - Write and deploy the customer strategic account plan to ensure successful business development and retention strategies.Main achievements:- Maintained a five year track record of account growth and reached the 15% saving goals on the global program.- Successfully implemented Phillips Strategic Meeting Management programme across LATAM, NORAM, EMEA, ASPAC.- Managed to grow the account to service 1500 meetings or close to Euro 25 million per year and grew programme compliance to 60%.- Established positive and strong partnership with Phillips & PSV which secured contract a multi-year contract renewal for both customers.

Reporting to the chairman, I was responsible for all activities related to the Dutch Referees globally.Key tasks:- Accountable for the daily management of all professional Dutch referees across the globe;- Ownership of a multi-million Euro budget and responsible for all reporting through to the Chairman;- Co design and create an effective education and talent development programme for referees new and existing;- Responsible for a staff of 240, with six direct reports;- PR & representation at UEFA and FIFA.Main achievements:- Successfully reorganized the department that resulted in 20% efficiency;- Orchestrated the union negotiation for Referee Salary Settlement for 2010 – 2013 which averted a strike;- As a direct result of the talent development programme the Royal Football Association was granted membership to the UEFA Convention.
