The Advanced Customer Services (ACS) practice is a unit within Oracle’s Customer Service Organisation that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers through annuity-based service contracts.Responsibilities include:- Grow ACS sales revenue in line with targets by winning new business and up selling and renewing existing ACS.

Primarily a sales role responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets through the development and provisioning of Professional Services and Managed Services solutions in customer environments.

Responsible and accountable for the delivery of Professional Services projects and Managed Services engagements in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Responsibilities included delivery cost management, business planning, development and management of both Sun delivery staff and partner resources to deliver the planned service capacity to achieve revenue, cost.

Primary responsibility in this role was the management and profitability of Managed Services engagements delivered throughout the Sub-Saharan Africa region

I was a founder member of Business Systems Innovators in 1998 and was instrumental in growing the company from a zero capital base to a multi-national company operating in the Middle East and Africa. I fulfilled various roles in the company between 1998 and 2006.My primary responsibilities included the establishment and management of 4 business units.
