Mechanical Engineering graduate with a focus on CAD and drafting, specifically the automation thereof. A strong programing background has allowed me to utilize CAD software to automatically generate custom 3D models and production drawings of multiple product lines. I've developed tools that have reduced the time it took to realize novel customer design configurations drastically. Aside from the automation of the CAD models and drawings themselves I have also had the opportunity to work with our production department to create more direct lines of communication between the CAD program and production software. I have been able to significantly reduce the number of manual hours needed to prepare projects for production. Essentially I have been do whatever I can to increase efficiency and reduce errors from initial design all the way through the shop floor.
