Based on my experiences, I know school is something that can improve anyone's life. However, my years working with youth have shown me that is it not stressed enough for the younger generations. They don't take their education seriously. I want to change that!Growing up in Boston and growing up in the Boston Public School district came with good and bad experiences. I've seen people from the absolute bottom rise out of the concrete like a magical flower. At the same time, I've seen people rot on the street like weeds. One very important factor in how people navigate through the city is the school they went to and their experiences there. I hope to lead the next few generations in a way they need to be led.
