I am an avid learner that enjoys studying and working within the fields of physics and computer science. My main interest is in using computational tools to investigate ideas in physics - for both experimental and applied physics. For my Honours thesis, I worked in collaboration with the ALICE experiment at CERN, to look into statistical techniques for particle identification with the data from the transition radiation detector. I have tutored undergraduate courses during my studies for the past three years, since I enjoy communicating about what I have learned to improve my own and others' understanding. I also enjoy working and discussing with others to solve problems, and am dedicated to live up to what is expected of me in the environment.
