(U-tube and straight tube)2) Boxing up and pressure testing fin fans air-cooled heat exchanger.3) Pipe lines.4) Spools.5) Small vessels.6) Hydraulic pressure testing.7) Pneumatic pressure testing.Can Operate:Machine shop:1) Operate radial arm drill.2) Basic turning Manual lathe's.3) Band saw.4) Milling machine manual. 5) Pedestal drill.6) Press.7) Pedestal grinder.8) Belt sander.9) Lapping machine.Courses Completed:1) Crosby PSV training(X3).2) SAP traning course.3) First line managing skills. 4) 5 day workshop on pressure safety valves.5) Numerous NOSA safety courses.6) Consolidated course. I was originally employed in the machine shop at Mossgas now called PetroSA,I worked in the machine shop for three years since 01/09/1991.There was an opening in the valve shop so I transferred to the valve shop,I have been working in the valve shop since then. I have been working on numerous makes and model of PSV’S Conventional, pilot operated and vacuum breakers and an assortment of mechanical valves EG: gate valves, ball valves and butterfly valves since 1994.I also help with the supervising in the valve shop.I Have:Trade fitter Cirtificate from Olifantsfontein red seal 28/09/1990
