Stephan Rattray has been involved in the land development and construction industry since 1993. It was during his years at Otago University that his creative interests lent towards the land development discipline of the Land Surveying Degree. This strongly influenced his career direction and has led him on to involvement with many development projects both large and small. One of Stephan’s key strengths is his ability to establish working relationships with partners in the industry to facilitate timely completion of the projects. This provides a greater sense of satisfaction throughout a project. Since becoming a Director with BG Contracting his passion for progressing the Rebuild of Canterbury is being realised and developing staff in the Contracting Industry is most rewarding.
