Stepping up from my role as a Merchandise Manager, I was placed in a district in the CBD of Sydney. The district underwent significant growth with some stores performing well below expectation. I was part of a Hot House experiment to improve sales, which was run across 3 states - NSW, QLD and VIC. The NSW experiment performed well above the other two states, which was unfortunately not enough to change the system. I lead workshops with franchisees to help them get across the details of the impact on sales and profit. This $1 coffee program was rolled out nation wide. Show less
